- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are available for garments within 7 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and tags are intact, and the product remains unused and unwashed. You can exchange it for size, design or a refund.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or at discounted pricing are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Custom and Bulk Orders: Custom-sized or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange, as these are crafted to specific requirements.
- International Orders: Due to the complexities of international logistics, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
- Exchange Limit: Please note, all orders can be exchanged only once to ensure fairness and efficiency in our process.
Process for Returns and ExchangeΒ
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of product on tattvamasiclothing@gmail.com
- Provide detailed information about the issue and, if applicable, photographic evidence of any defects.
- The product must be shipped back in its original packaging or in a secure appropriate packaging with all original tags, labels and accessories.
- Once the garment is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in the return policy. This inspection determines if an exchange will be issued.
- Return products must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
In case, you wish to return a product for a refund, we are here to assist you
- Follow the same process as creating a return.
- Once the garment is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in the return policy. This inspection determines if a refund will be issued.
- The amount will be returned to your account after deducting the shipping charges within 7 working days of receivingΒ the product by us.
If Parcel is sent by you
It may be possible that pickup facility is not available at your area pincode. In this case you have to send the parcel back to us.Β

- Use reliable courier service for any return.
- Scan and send the courier receipt.
- Item should be returned in original packing.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage.
Damages and Issues
Although, we take follow stringent quality control on our products before shipping it, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of any damage you need to report within 24 hrs by mail or whatsapp msg with product picture and unboxing video.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or excahnge on sale items or gift cards.
